  • Safety Switches, Circuit Breakers, Main Switch
  • Correct Cable size for Circuit protection
  • Lighting Points and Ceiling Fans
  • Smoke Alarms positioning and functionality
  • Wiring in roof space
  • Wiring below floors
  • Earthing System
  • Provide detailed report of all electrical hazards with quote to repair

Comprehensive Inspection

(Inspection will take approx. 3 hours and technicians will need power off within this time) Qualified Master Electrician performing Electrical inspection and testing of all items listed below:

• Incoming mains
  • Main Switchboard/Meter Panel
  Distribution boards
  • Testing all Safety Switches
  Checking functionality of all Circuit Breakers
  • Checking Correct Cable size for Circuit protection
  • Testing  functionality and earthing of all lighting Points and Ceiling Fans
  • Testing and compliance of all Smoke Alarms
  • Inspection of all accessible wiring in roof space and clearances from recessed downlights and timber beams, insulation etc
  • Inspection of all accessible wiring below floors
  • Testing of all appliances, Hot Water System, Air Conditioner, Oven, Cooktop, Rangehood
  • Continuity test of all power points and lighting points
  • Testing of earthing to all metallic fixed appliances
  • Testing of equipotential bonding to the water pipes
  • Polarity testing of all power points
  Earth Loop Impedance test of all power points to ensure safety
